Refund Policy

Effective date: 2025-08-12

This Refund Policy covers purchases of Sica Content AI for WordPress and related services sold via sica.ai and api.sica.ai (“Service”). It is designed to be clear and protective for both parties. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

1) General rule

  • All fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except as expressly stated below or where required by law.

  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. We do not prorate or refund unused time in the current billing period.

2) Free tier

  • The Lite plan is free. Refunds do not apply.

3) Subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Agency)

Cancellations

  • Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal we provide or by contacting support. Your access remains active until the end of the paid term.

Refund exceptions (first term only)

We will issue a refund of the first billing period if all conditions are met:

  1. You opened a support ticket within 7 days of purchase, and

  2. You experienced a technical failure that prevented you from generating or publishing any content, and

  3. We were unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of your report.

What is not refundable

  • Change of mind, low usage, content quality preferences, or SEO results.

  • Partial months after a plan change or cancellation.

  • Non-recoverable payment processing fees (if our processor does not return them to us).

4) One-time purchases (DevKit / licenses)

  • Non-refundable once the download link or license key is issued.

  • Exceptions: duplicate purchase, accidental double charge, or fraudulent/unauthorized payment (with evidence).

5) Billing errors, chargebacks, and fraud

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first. We will investigate and correct valid errors.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution and can result in license revocation while under review.

6) Service credits

  • For temporary outages or rate-limit constraints, we may issue service credits at our discretion instead of refunds. Credits have no cash value.

7) How to request a refund

Email team@sicamarketing.com with:

  • Order ID (from Stripe receipt)

  • Purchase email address

  • Site URL and brief description of the issue

    We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; banks may take 5–10 business days to post.

8) Legal rights and jurisdiction

  • Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

  • If local law grants a cooling-off/withdrawal right, you agree that immediate access to digital services begins upon purchase and that you may lose the right to withdraw once performance begins, to the extent permitted by law.

9) Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
